Withdrawal

You may revoke your contract without reason within a two-week period, starting from expiration of the 14-day return period in accordance with Paragraph 1 in text form, for example it may be cancelled by letter, or E-Mail, or by returning the goods. The period begins with receipt of the goods and these instructions, but not prior to the return period in accordance with Clause 1. In order not to exceed the withdrawal time limit, the timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the goods is sufficient. For those abroad, the consumer has to pay the direct costs of the return. In the case of an effective revocation, any contributions received by either party shall be returned, and where applicable, any benefits received (e.g. from use) are to be returned. The goods must be returned in the same state in which they were received. If the goods are impaired in any way, you may be obliged to pay compensation. This does not apply if the deterioration of the product can be solely derived back to its inspection - as it might have been possible in the retail store.

Incidentally, you may avoid the obligation of compensating for the value by not using the item as your own and by refraining from undertaking anything to reduce its value.

Non-returnable or exchanged merchandise include those whose value is reduced by the following: strong odours (such as cigarettes - , washing detergent or perfumes, kitchen odours), stains or tears, visible signs of wear, when the goods have been washed or ironed. Following receipt of these goods and their inspection, they will be returned back to you.

Note: Goods that can be shipped as a parcel are to be returned. Costs of the return are to a reasonable extent be borne by the seller, if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered. Exceptions are goods which have been custom-made to suit the buyer. Please do not return the goods unstamped. Goods that cannot be shipped as parcel post will be picked up by DHL. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. For the customer, the period begins with the dispatch of your revocation declaration or the goods for the seller upon receipt.

The right to revoke does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are produced according to customer specifications (such as special lengths for Abayas, Jilbab, etc.) or which are tailor-made to personal needs, as well as supply of books, newspapers and magazines (unless the consumer has stated in their contract per telephone the supply of newspapers and magazines).

Please inform us prior to returning the goods! For any loss incurred by post due to lack of information provided by the customer - Imzadi Couture will not be liable.
