Payment Options

Advance payment / Money transfer

Funds are to be transferred onto our account. Account details will be provided in the order confirmation. It is also possible to perform the transfer per IBAN / BIC.  
Please note that goods can only be shipped once the entire invoice amount including shipping costs have been credited to our account.

Please consider that it may take up to three bank working days until funds are received. Following receipt of payment, the goods will be shipped within three days to the delivery address provided.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Shipping based on COD is only possible from the second order and takes place immediately following your order being placed. Please note that in addition to our delivery fee, you will be charged an additional 2 Euro by the Deutsche Post, which is to be added to the amount invoiced.

For orders placed with a minimum value of 75 €, a deposit amounting to 25% of the total order is necessary. 
 

If a COD order is not collected from the post office and in turn sent back to us, we will ship the next order only via advance payment. If a second COD order is not collected, the order will only be possible via advance payment until further notice. In case of unauthorised non-collection and return to Imzadi Couture, the COD amount will be retained as the specified amount of any potential paid deposit.

Please not that COD payments are currently only available within Germany.

 PayPal Payment

We also offer payments via PayPal. During the course of the ordering process, you are to log into your PayPal account and arrange for payment via the available payment methods such as credit card, direct debit or via a pre-existing credit balance.
Payment via PayPal incurs a charge of 1.5% of the total transaction value.

Credit card 

By entering your credit card details, you can quickly and securely pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club. For other cards, please contact our customer service centre at mail@imzadi-couture.com.

Immediately following placing your order, you will be redirected to the entry form from moneybookers.

Advantage: Following successful payment, your order will be immediately shipped.

The buyer is to pay for charges caused by costs arising from the back transfer of funds. Costs, which arise from unlawful back transfers through the buyer, will also result in the buyer paying for the full amount of any charges incurred.

Instant bank transfer

Invoice

Starting from the fourth order in our online shop, you have the possibility to pay per invoice. Following your third successful order from us, you will automatically receive the status of a regular customer, and in addition, you will receive a 5% discount from each order (with the exception of books).

Following receipt of the invoice, payment must be made within a period of 10 days.

Direct debit
 

When paying via direct debit, the amount will be automatically debited from your account. A back transfer will result in a charge of 7.50 € which will be billed to the customer.

Payment via instalments is possible in two or three instalments. To do this, when ordering, please select ‘Instalment purchases’ under payment options. We reserve the right to individually refuse or accept an instalment purchase. In cases of refusal, a different payment method can be selected.

The instalments will be agreed on, on a monthly basis.  The first instalment will be due immediately following confirmation from us, additional instalments will be paid on a monthly basis either via direct debit or bank transfer.

For this service, a fee of 2 € will be charged..

For the acceptance of payments via instalments, you will receive an instalment payment form via E-Mail, which must be returned by either mail or fax. Only following receipt of your signed form, will the instalment payments be agreed upon. Following receipt of the first instalment, the order will then be processed.
